Once you have Prompt enabled in CollegePlannerPro, you can begin to add (enable) students to Prompt.
Each student needs to be individually added (enabled) within your CollegePlannerPro account. Start by navigating to the student profile page. At the bottom of the page, in the middle column, you will see an "Application Essay Management" section. Click the "Enable Prompt" button.
In the pop-up window, accept the terms and conditions and click the "Enable Prompt Platform" button. You student is now active in our system.
Once your student is activated, they will be able to access Prompt with the new ESSAYS tab in their account.
A few notes:
- You have the option to send a customizable email to students to inform them of their access. Use the "Organization" tab and choose the "Send Invite" option under the "Status" column.
You will see the standard email template we use and can customize the copy as needed. You do not need to send an invite to give your students access to Prompt.
2. Students are always activated via CollegePlannerPro and deactivated in Prompt.
