My student is not showing up!

If you have added a student to your account but do not see them in your student list, there are a few things to check:

1. In the upper right, click the Sync icon.

2. In your Organization Tab, ensure the student is marked Active.  (If you are not seeing your student in the Org Tab, ensure you are viewing All Students from the filter option on the right.
