Why Aren't My Student's Schools Showing Up?

By default, School Lists are turned off.  This allows you to have more control over what your student's see and when.  It also enables students to begin working on Main Essays without the overwhelm of supplements.


When you're ready for your students to add schools to their school list and access supplemental essays, you can Enable School Lists.

Prompt will then automatically add the required and recommended essays for each school on a student's list.

Here are the steps to change this setting:

1. Navigate to the Organization tab in the left menu.

2. You can either enable School List for individual students, or for all of your active students.
